Product Overview

3/4 inch 3000PSI forged steel ball valve conforming to API 608 full bore standard, engineered for harsh sand service working conditions with a temperature range from -29°C to 200°C.

Material Construction

• Body & Bonnet: ASTM A105 carbon steel
• Ball: AISI 316L stainless steel with 250μm TCC anti-abrasion coating
• Stem: ASTM A276 / A479 TP316 stainless steel
• Seats: ASTM A182 Gr.316L with 250μm TCC coating
• Sealing: Nitrile graphite compound
• Fasteners: ASTM A193-B7 bolts & ASTM A194-2H nuts
