Non-brittle Ceramic Fiber Vacuum Shapes

Characteristics:
Super ceramic fiber vacuum-shaped products are manufactured by Super ceramic fiber bulk with inorganic bond and little organic bond through vacuum formed technics.The vacuum formed products are used to satisfy fire-resistance and heat insulation of the special parts of the heating process equipment. The products are non-brittle materials and have high intensity, accurate dimension and can be made according to demand of clients. Moreover, they can directly contact flame with their good fire-resistance and heat insulation. In the process of heating application, the organic binder will be volatilized at the temperature 250-350℃, after volatilization, the product is pure white.
 
The classification temperature(℃): 1260/1360/1450.
