The Stainless Steel Orbit Ball Valve are suitable for petrochemical, liquefied petroleum gas storage, oil refinery, natural gas, compressor system, oil and gas pipeline, light industry, textile and other industries.
Valve features:
1. Open and close without friction. This function completely solves the problem that the traditional valve is affected by the friction between the sealing surface and the sealing.
2. Jacket structure. The valve installed on the pipe can be checked and repaired directly. Can effectively reduce parking and reduce production cost.
3. Single seat design. It eliminates the problem that the medium cavity of the valve is affected by abnormal pressure.
4. Low torque design. Special structural design of the stem, only with a small hand wheel valve can easily open and close.
5. Wedge sealing structure. The valve is the mechanical force provided by the stem and the wedge is pressed to the seat and sealed. The sealing performance of the valve is not affected by the change of pipeline pressure difference, and the sealing performance is guaranteed under various working conditions.
6. Self-cleaning structure of sealing surface. When the ball tilting away from the seat, the pipeline flow experience along the sphere seal face into evenly through 360°. It not only eliminates the flushing of the high speed fluid to the seat, but also washes away the accumulated material on the sealing surface to achieve self-cleaning purposes.
