Carbon Steel Fully Welded Ball Valve (All-welded ball valve) purpose:
1) Urban gas: gas output pipeline, main line and supply pipeline of each branch line, etc.

Full welding ball valve performance:
1) No maintenance, adjustment and lubrication, easy to install and reliable operation under low operating expenses. The surface adopts the spray-plastic treatment technology so that it is shiny, in the country already at the leading level. There will be no external leakage. The valve body is welded, so the valve is light and easy to insulate. It is very simple to install the adjustment mechanism. The handle can be removed and reverse installation can be adopted.
2) Because the seat is made from carbon fibre reinforced teflon seal ring and disc spring, so the ability to adapt to the change of pressure and temperature.
3) The ball machining process is tracked and detected by an advanced computer detector, so the machining accuracy of the ball is high.
4) As the body material is the same as the pipe material, there will be no uneven stress and deformation due to the earthquake and the vehicle passing through the ground. The pipeline is resistant to aging.
5) Integral whole welding, equal diameter and variable diameter channel, with the fixed ball or floating ball, double piston effect sealing system and automatic sealant injection bearing.
6) In order to prevent static electricity, stem and sphere and valve stem and packing box with a ball and spring respectively, which can keep the conductivity between all parts of the valve and the valve body, and let the current pass through the area and release static electricity, preventing fire and corrosion, and realizing temporary cut-off for timely repair.
7) The stem has the function of preventing falling off. Because the valve stem is affected by the pressure inside the valve, and it always produces a disconnection force, so it is designed as an anti-falling structure.
The thrust washer with low friction material is used to push the pressure to the valve stem, so that the stem can only transmit torque.
