The fully welded ball valve, also known as a welded body ball valve, features a completely welded body. These valves are designed to serve as stop or shutoff valves in water and gas supply systems, heat and power engineering, residential and municipal services, as well as process lines in chemical plants, oil refineries, and pulp-and-paper production facilities. Forged materials undergo ultrasonic testing in accordance with ASME nondestructive flaw detection standards. The welded joint at the connection face is inspected using liquid penetrant testing. A corrosion allowance is incorporated into the body wall thickness. The carbon steel stem, fixed shaft, ball, seat, and seat ring are treated with chemical nickel plating according to ASTM B733 and B656 standards. In addition, various corrosion-resistant materials are available for selection. Depending on customer requirements, valve materials can be chosen to meet NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR0103 standards. Strict quality control and inspection are carried out during manufacturing to ensure compliance with applicable standards and to guarantee reliable performance under sulfurizing service conditions.
