The EN 1.0619 Swing Check Valve Plant offers a robust solution for fluid control. Engineered to meet DIN 3356 standards, this valve features a cast carbon steel body, ensuring durability and strength. With a DN300 size, a pressure rating of PN16, and a 12-inch diameter, it is well-suited for high-capacity applications. The pressure class is rated at 150 LB, providing reliable performance under significant pressure conditions. Its RF flanged ends facilitate easy installation and maintenance.

International Standards such as API 6D, BS 1868, ASME B16.34, or equivalent. These valves are engineered to minimize flow resistance and pressure drop to the greatest extent possible. They are suitable for installation in a horizontal position only. The lapped and screwed seat ring ensures a tight shut-off and long-lasting service. The valve disc is meticulously designed, precisely machined, and guided to achieve efficient automatic shut-off at zero pressure. The valves feature a compact structure and low-emission service. In its standard configuration, the swing check valve has a bolted cover and a free-swinging clapper. The clapper, which serves as the closing member, responds to the prevailing flow conditions. Swing check valves are ideally suited for horizontal pipeline installations. However, for heavier disc weights, chattering issues may arise. In such cases, dampers or counterweights should be provided to mitigate these issues.

Product Features
» Preventing Backflow: Cast steel swing check valves are designed to prevent backflow in the line. The flow travels in a straight line through the valve, resulting in minimal pressure drop. As the media flows through the line, the disc swings into the open position. When back pressure is present in the line, it holds the disc in the closed position.
» Installation Orientation: Cast steel swing check valves can be installed in either horizontal or vertical lines. However, they must be installed in the proper orientation relative to the media flow, as indicated by the flow direction arrow marked on the valve body.
» Customization Options: A variety of accessories are available to meet specific customer requirements. These include bypasses, locking devices, counterweights, and more.
