High Pressure Globe Valve
The high-temperature and high-pressure globe valve is designed to handle ANSI Class 1500 to 3500 LB pressure ratings and operating temperatures ranging from -29°C to 570°C. It is ideal for use in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, and thermal power plants.
Main Features of High Pressure Globe Valve
- Design and Standards: The product is designed and manufactured according to ANSI B16.34 and E101 standards, making it compatible with imported equipment.
- Pressure Self-Tightening Sealing: The valve features a pressure self-tightening sealing structure in the middle chamber, which improves sealing performance as the internal pressure increases.
- Durable Sealing Surface: The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are made of Stellite cobalt-based cemented carbide for enhanced durability.
- Reliable Packing: The valve cover stuffing box is designed with a reasonable depth, and the packing includes a corrosion inhibitor for reliable sealing and stable operation.
- Upper Sealing Structure: An upper sealing mechanism prevents leakage through the valve stem when the valve is open.
- Electric Operation: The electric stop valve is controlled by an electric device with a dedicated motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, field operation mechanism, and manual-to-electric switching capability. It supports both local and remote operation.
