Automation Configuration:

  1. Dual-Layer Backside Drive: Size adjustments require replacing only 2 timing belts.

  2. Controlled Material Holders: Each raw material holder includes a frequency-controlled motor for winding and unwinding with constant tension control. The release paper holder, wing release paper holder, and easy tape holder do not feature frequency-controlled motors. (There are 12 sets of frequency-controlled motors for raw materials).

  3. Temperature Regulation: Temperature is controlled by sensors and temperature controllers.

  4. Synchronized Heating Rollers: The heating roller cylinders operate in sync with the machine.

  5. Safety Measures: Safety units are incorporated for all cutting tools.
