Designed as air aspirating discharge devices, Chemguard foam makers are used principally for the protection of dikes, open floating-roof storage tanks, and rim seals, and where low-velocity foam streams are desired. Foam makers generally are installed in the line of a semi-fixed or fixed foam fire-protection system, mounted either horizontally or vertically.
Chemguard's foam makers feature all-brass construction for use in harsh and corrosive environments. Foam maker air inlets are covered with stainless tell mesh, and the foam makers are supplied with standard NPT threaded inlets and outlets.
PC series liquid jet air foam generator is a level of the fixed installation at the top of the tank wall ,produce and jet air foam extinguishing equipment.when foam fire truck or a fixed fire pump supply the mixture flow through the pipeline throught the bubble generator,to formation the air bubble put out oil fire.foam bubble generator is mainly composed of air bubble generator body , foam nozzle and the guide group.when foam mixture liquid throught the foam generator nozzle, atomizing jet diffussion and produce negative pressure in its surrounding thus inhalation air to create foam, the foam liquid flow direction to the surfance of fire through guide group, cover the conbusion of liquid using bubble cooling to put out the fire.
