The integral slurry valve is a full-bore design, with the valve body’s flow channel entirely coated in wear-resistant polyurethane. This design ensures that the flushing medium never comes into contact with the metal valve body, significantly extending its wear resistance. The full-diameter flow channel aligns seamlessly with the pipeline’s inner diameter, preventing the formation of eddy currents and minimizing erosion. When fully opened, the valve plate is lifted into the valve chamber, avoiding direct contact with the medium, which effectively prolongs the service life of the disc.
