Electric Explosion-Proof Actuator Features

Housing: Constructed from durable aluminum alloy with anodized treatment and polyester powder coating, ensuring strong corrosion resistance. Rated IP67, NEMA4 and 6; optional IP68 and explosion-proof configurations available.

Motor: Fully enclosed squirrel-cage motor with compact size, high torque, and low inertia. Insulation class F and built-in thermal protection switch prevent motor damage from overheating.

Indicator: Mounted on the central shaft for easy observation of valve position. Features convex lens design to prevent water accumulation, enhancing visibility.

Limit Switch: Combination of mechanical and electronic limits. Adjustable mechanical limit screw ensures safety and reliability. Electronic limit switch, operated by cam mechanism, allows accurate positioning without battery support. All micro-switch contacts are silver.
