A full port ball valve (or full bore ball valve) is a quarter-turn rotary valve engineered with an internal bore diameter equal to the inner diameter of the connecting pipeline. When fully opened, the ball's flow path aligns perfectly with the pipe, eliminating bottlenecks, minimizing turbulence, and ensuring a negligible pressure drop.
