The Pipe Force Control Valve is the latest pump outlet control valve developed by our company over the past five years. It is the third generation of multi-function butterfly pump control valves, following the older manual control valves, hydraulic control butterfly valves, and hydraulic control valves. The valve incorporates advanced fluid design, offering low energy consumption, stable operation, and excellent sealing performance. It combines the functions of an electric gate valve, electric butterfly valve, and check valve.
With its quick closing speed and adjustable pressure relief time, the Pipe Force Valve effectively eliminates the risks associated with water hammer, ensuring the safety of the pump and pipe network system. It is designed for use in the outlet pipes of centrifugal pumps, mixed-flow pumps, and axial-flow pumps in automatic water supply and drainage pump stations. The valve is available with two control types—diaphragm and piston—allowing for use in various mediums, including clean water, raw water, sewage, and slurry.
This valve comes in five specifications: common type, low-pressure backwater type, and sewage type, which meet the requirements of different working conditions.
The valve features a compact structure, small size, and lightweight design, making it particularly suitable for large-diameter pipe networks. It is widely used in industries such as power, environmental protection, metallurgy, petrochemical, municipal water supply, food processing, and sewage systems, among others.
