Metal Seated Ball Valve is a heavy-duty valve designed with metal-to-metal sealing surfaces for reliable operation in high-temperature, high-pressure, and abrasive service conditions. Unlike soft-seated valves that use PTFE or other polymers, metal seated designs utilize stainless steel, Stellite, tungsten carbide, or chromium carbide hardfacing to provide superior wear resistance and maintain sealing performance at temperatures up to 600°C. Features such as precision-machined balls, spring-loaded seats, and fire-safe construction ensure long service life and minimal maintenance in harsh environments.
