Low Temperature Ball Valve

A low temperature ball valve (cryogenic ball valve) is a highly engineered quarter-turn rotary valve designed to provide bubble-tight isolation for sub-zero liquefied gases down to -196°C without seal binding or structural failure. To protect critical mechanical components, the valve is manufactured with an extended "long-neck" bonnet that moves the stem packing and automated actuator safely away from the freezing process media, maintaining a pocket of vaporized gas that prevents the seals from freezing and leaking.
