A 2000 PSI check valve is a high-pressure, automatic non-return valve engineered to safely prevent fluid backflow in piping systems operating at a Cold Working Pressure (CWP) up to 2,000 psi (138 bar). Driven entirely by fluid kinetics, the internal piston, ball, or disc mechanism lifts under forward line pressure and seals instantly against the seat when flow decelerates, protecting upstream pumps, compressors, and instrumentation from water hammer and reverse flow.
