This soda water filling machine will produce 10000 bottles of gas water per hour in 500ml pet bottles.
Direct connection technology between the air conveyor and in-feeding the wheel is applied to replace the in-feeding screw and conveying chain to ease the bottle changing process, only to change a few parts. Newly-designed bottle-separating grippers are assembled to star wheel. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of the traditional star wheel, we use a neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily. Without equipment height adjustment, only a few parts need to be adjusted for carbonated drink machines. Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent the second pollution. The splint of star wheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size changing that only need to change arch board and star wheel, to make the process restricted within ten minutes.
