This carbonated beverage bottling equipment can produce 10000 bottles of gas water per hour in 500ml glass bottles with an Aluminum cover. Direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding the wheel is applied to replace the in-feeding screw and conveying chain to ease the bottle changing process with little chance of a few parts. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Newly-designed bottle-separating grippers are assembled to star wheel. Instead of the traditional star wheel, we use a neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size changing easily. Without equipment height adjustment, only a few parts need to be adjusted. Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent the second pollution.
