General Information
Circular homogenizing stacker and bridge-type scraper reclaimer is a kind of pre-blending equipment, which is widely used in stacking and reclaiming bulk materials like limestone or coal. It is mainly used in building material industry, coal industry, metallurgy industry, power plants, port terminals and other industries for homogenization, storage and transfer of bulk materials, which usually operates in indoor or outdoor stockyards. The PLC program controls the full movement of stacker reclaimer. The chevron stacking method could be achieved by programmed reciprocation of luffing and speed-variable stacking of the machine. Meanwhile, the bridge type scraper reclaims the pre-homogenizing material from the front of the chevron stacked material pile into the scraper chain conveyor equipped in the bottom of the bridge type scraper reclaimer and conveying the material out of the storage yard.

General Information
Circular homogenizing system with cantilever stacker and side cantilever stacker is a newly designed indoor storage equipment with highly environmentally friendly and less land occupation advantages. This kind of homogenizing system is set in closed storage yard to prevent the raw material being washed away by rain and fling off by flowing air during stacking and reclaiming which is also meet the strict requirement of environment protection. Material barriers installed around the storage yard settle to achieve heavy storage in small storage yard.
Circular homogenizing system with cantilever stacker and side cantilever stacker adopts cone type stack method while side cantilever scraper reclaiming materials and the machine is presently wide using in low homogenize requirement raw material stockyard. We have counterweight type and Portal type base on different type of brace.
