Continuous Spiral G Type Finned Tube
(Embedded Fin) The fin strip is wound into a machined groove and securely locked into place by back filling with base tube material. This ensures that maximum heat transfer is maintained at high tube metal temperatures. Maximum operating temperature for this fin type is 450°C.
Fin material: Aluminium or copper.
Tube materials: Carbon steel, Cr.-Mo. steel, stainless steel, copper, copper alloys, etc.
Tube Dia.: 5/8" (15.875mm) to 2" (50.8mm).
Tube Thick: >0.065" (1.65mm) depending on tube material.
Tube Length: 300mm to 20000mm.
Fin Height: 1.4" (6.35mm) to 1" (25.4mm).
