The China Rubber Flexible Joint Plant offers high-quality single or double sphere expansion joints designed for flexibility and durability. These expansion joints feature a combination of cast or stainless steel bodies with NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) linings, providing excellent resistance to oils and chemicals. Available in sizes ranging from 1 to 24 inches and rated for Class 150 LB pressure, they are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The ASME B16.5 flanged ends ensure secure and reliable connections, making these expansion joints ideal for absorbing vibrations, thermal expansion, and contraction in piping systems.
Product Name: Rubber Flexible Joint

The Rubber Flexible Joints (Rubber Joint) are specifically designed for heating and air conditioning systems, where low initial cost and maximum reliability are essential. These connectors feature an EPDM cover, which offers excellent resistance to sunlight, ozone, oxidation, and damage from dripping oil. The EPDM tube is suitable for hot and cold water service as well as mild chemicals. The fully molded Single Sphere design provides superior flexibility, thereby protecting mating flanges, particularly those made of PVC and fiberglass. The steel flanges can easily rotate on the bellows, facilitating the alignment of bolt holes during installation when counter-flanges are misaligned. Separate retaining rings are not required. With a temperature rating of -20°C to 100°C, the standard sizes range from 1 Inch to 24 Inch.
