Fully Welded Ball Valves, also known as Welded Body Ball Valves, feature a fully welded body design. These valves are ideal for use as stop/shutoff valves in water and gas supply systems, heat power engineering, housing and communal services, as well as in process lines at chemical, oil-refining, and pulp and paper production facilities. The forging materials undergo ultrasonic examination in accordance with ASME non-destructive flaw detection requirements, and the welding slope on the connection face is inspected using liquid penetration tests. A corrosion allowance is included for the body wall thickness. The carbon steel stem, fixed shaft, ball, seat, and seat ring are treated with chemical nickel plating according to ASTM B733 and B656. Additionally, various corrosion-resistant materials are available for selection. Valve materials can be chosen based on NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR 0103 standards, with strict quality control and inspections during manufacturing to ensure compliance with these standards and suitability for sulfurizing environments.
