Detail Information

Product Name: Balanced Bellows Safety Valve
Design Standard: API 526
Body Material: ASTM A216 WCB
Size: DN50, 2 Inch
Pressure: PN64, Class 400 LB
End Connection: Groove Flange

The Bellows Balance Safety Valve is designed for systems where the discharge is relatively straightforward. The pressure in the discharge system can be atmospheric, constant, or may build up to a maximum of 10% of the set pressure. When a constant back pressure is present, the valve should be set at the differential pressure. The valve disc's sealing surface comes in two types: flat and conical. The discharge area is calculated based on the cylindrical or conical surface formed between the valve disc and valve seat. This valve is suitable for applications with small discharge capacity, high back pressure, and stable system pressure.
