We are a special manufacturer of wafer check valves, designed with a center vertical pin shaft. When the valve is open, the resultant force of the fluid acts on the center of the sealing face of the disc, while the point of action of the counter spring support force is on the center of the disc surface, ensuring that the root of the disc opens first. This design prevents wear on the sealing surface, which is common in traditional valves, and enhances the longevity of the valve seal. The wafer check valve operates automatically, opening and closing based on the flow of the medium, and is used to prevent the reverse flow of the medium.
