Product Name: Stainless Steel ASTM A351 CF8 Lifting Plug Valve
Design Standard: API 6D, API 599
Body Material: ASTM A351 CF8
Size: 2 Inch, DN50
Pressure: Class 900 LB, PN150
End Connection: RTJ Flanged
Operation: Handwheel
The lifting plug valve operates by first turning the handwheel to lift the plug away from the sealing surface, then rotating the handle 90 degrees to align the plug channel with the valve body channel, thereby opening the valve. To close the valve, the handle is turned 90 degrees to make the plug channel perpendicular to the valve body channel, followed by lowering the valve plug with the handwheel. This design provides smooth and efficient operation. The lifting plug valve is ideal for applications in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, and power, where specialized workshops and advanced casting capabilities are essential. KOSEN is committed to meeting all your plug valve requirements.

Working Principle of Lifting Plug Valve
The lifting plug valve consists of several key components: the valve body, valve stem, valve cover, fixing device, positioning device, sealing device, blowing pipe, lifting screw sleeve, rotating handle, and others. To operate the valve, first rotate the lifting screw sleeve clockwise to release the valve stem. Then, use the upper rotating handle to turn the valve stem. Once the valve is in the desired position, rotate the lifting screw sleeve counterclockwise to lock the valve stem, completing the valve's opening or closing process. This mechanism ensures smooth and precise valve operation.
