Sleeve Plug Valve

A sleeve plug valve (commonly referred to as a non-lubricated sleeve plug valve) is a quarter-turn rotary isolation valve featuring a polished cylindrical or tapered metal plug rotating entirely within a 360-degree, fully encapsulated PTFE or fluoropolymer sleeve inside the valve cavity. The self-lubricating PTFE sleeve completely eliminates the need for periodic grease injection, provides a continuous high-pressure seal across the entire perimeter, and prevents media buildup or cavity trapping.
