Products & Applications

Yaao Valve’s mainly products includes Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, Butterfly valves as well as cryogenic & high temperature valves for severe applications, size ranging from 1/2 inch up to 60 inch, pressure rating: 150LB~2500LB, materials of carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, alloy steel etc., design temperature of -196℃ ~ 650℃, designed standard in accordance with ASME, ASTM, ANSI, GB, BS, JIS and DIN Standard. These valves are widely used in domestic and overseas in oil & gas, LNG, chemical, on-shore & off-shore, power generation, air separation, steel industry, water treatment, mining / slurry applications.

Yaao Facilities

Headquartered in Shanghai, Yaao Valve has two manufacturing plants: one in Jinshan district, Shanghai and the other in Nantong, Jiangsu. We have a total staff of around 300, and 40000 square meters plant area. More than 200 sets CNC machines (for machining) and testing machines (for pressure testing, NDT, Fugitive Emission testing, cryogenic test, high temperature test, etc) ensure the qualified products and on time delievery.

Advance Manufacturing

Advanced CNC machines are generally equipped in Yaao manufacturing plant: CNC machining centers, CNC vertical & horizontal Lathes, CNC drilling machines, etc. 3D CMM can strictly assure the valve parts accuracy. Sufficient advanced machines can guarantee the stable quality and on time delivery.
