Butterfly Slow Closing Check Valve

The check valve is a new butterfly check valve installed on the outlet pipe of the pressurized water delivery pump of industrial circulating water supply and drainage, urban water supply and drainage, high-rise buildings, sewage discharge and hotels to prevent the medium from backflow and eliminate destructive water hammer. The design fully considers the requirements of the use environment, so as to achieve no vibration, no noise, smooth operation, long service life, ensure a quiet hotel and residential environment, and have energy saving effect.

The valve adopts a swashplate-type large eccentric design and is equipped with a staged slow-closing oil pressure cylinder, which can realize two-stage closing. That is,85-90% of the valve can be closed quickly, and then 10-15% of the valve can be closed slowly. The slaw closing time can be adjusted to eliminate destructive water hammer.
