Two-way cast steel plug valve utilizes a cock with hole as its closure member. Rotating the cock can close the vale, having the advantages of good sealing, long service life.
Characteristics
1. Import and export terminal of two-way cast steel plug valve uses dual grooves sealing ring. When rotating cock, sealing specific pressure of sealing pair changes, until valve closed or opened completely. Producing adequate sealing specific pressure ensure the zero leakage of sealing pair.
2. Dual grooves sealing ring can fix PTFE liner inside body. It can also absorb micro deformation of liner caused by temperature difference. Otherwise, liner and cock cause strong wiping action, highly improving service life of sealing ring.
3. Upper cock shaft of plug valve consist of PTFE diaphragm, O-ring and regulating gasket. It can adjust sealing specific pressure to rotate cock smoothly and ensure sealing of import and export terminal.
4. The whole sealing process of plug valve can be considered that has no relationship with pressure inside pipelines.
5. PTFE liner chooses different packings for applicable temperature and medium, having good lubrication and long service life.
