Tilting Check Valve

The Tilting disc check valve is a non-impact check valve with flange size as ASME B16.5. Its main advantages are to overcome the impact of swing check valve and lift type upper return valve in the working condition, and realize the no-impact operation.

Design and Manufacture:
Flange Standard: ASME B16.5.
Pressure Range: Class 150 LB, 300 LB, 600 LB, PN20, PN50, PN100.

Structural Characteristics:
Double eccentric disc, close contact with the sealing cover, to achieve no impact, noiseless work.
Flexible metal seat with good sealing performance.
Butterfly disc design, switch fast, sensitive, long service life.
The tilting disk structure makes the fluid channel streamline, the flow resistance is small, and it has the energy saving effect.
