UNIQUE Rubber check valve consists of valve body, bonnet, disc and spring. It is mainly used in the pipeline outlet of the water supply and drainage system, petroleum, chemical industry and other industrial sectors. Due to the slant design of the sealing ring of the rubber check valve, the closing time is short and the water hammer pressure can be reduced. The disc is made of butyronitrile rubber and steel plate through high temperature. It is easy to be washed and sealed. The product structure is simple and maintenance and transportation are convenient.

Face-to-face sizes conform to EN 558-1, basic series 48 (DIN 3202 F6) soft sealing conforms to EN 12334.
Diaphragm closing, rapid and soundless.
Diaphragm material NBR EPDM.
Final inspection conforms to EN 12266.
Applicable size: DN40-DN500.
Applicable temperature: -20 - 100℃.
Valve body: cast iron, nodular cast iron.
Valve disc: EPDM wrapped.
