Double-offset butterfly valve
The Med Flange High-Performance Butterfly Valves provide accurate control of high capacity, moderate pressure drop services. The double offset design provides an approximately equal percentage flow characteristic and facilitates tight class VI shut-off, resilient-seated construction or class IV with metal seals.
The Med High-Performance valves are available in Soft Seat (Up to 200°C depending on size and pressure), and Metal Seat (Up to 600°C) variants (fire safe on application).
Med Flange High-Performance Butterfly Valves are with main Features as below:
ISO 5752, BS 5155, API 609, MSS-SP-68, ASME B16.10, ASME B16.5, DIN 3202.
Materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium Bronze, Monel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Duplex, Super Duplex and other specials.
Pressure Ratings: ANSI Class 150-1500 LB.
Size Ranges: 2-140 Inch, 50mm-3500mm (Larger sizes upon request).
Ends Connections: RF, RTJ.
Optional Seat rings: Resilient RPTFE, Metal seated INCONEL (Fire safe on application).
Actuations: Manual, Pneumatic, Electric, Hydraulic (Counterweight) & Electro-hydraulic.
