This series of pressure reducing valves are of the pilot-operated, poppet type. They are composed of a main valve and a pilot valve. The main valve mainly consists of a valve seat, main valve disc, piston, and spring components. The pilot valve mainly consists of a valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, and adjusting spring components. By adjusting the spring pressure to set the outlet pressure, and using the diaphragm to sense changes in outlet pressure, the pilot valve opens and closes to drive the piston to adjust the flow area of the main valve, thus achieving the function of pressure reduction and stabilization. The main product is primarily used in steam pipelines to provide pressure reduction and stabilization.
