The body and ball adopt ASTM A350 LF2, and the ball is protected by a 75-micron ENP coating paired with Devlon seats. SS316 grease injectors with built-in non-return check valves are installed, and all materials satisfy NACE MR 0175 / ISO 15156 and MR-0103. It uses gear handwheel operation fitted with L/O and L/C locking devices.
