HDPE Pipe, PE100, PE100-RC, DN20-DN2000, PN6-PN20, EN12201
Key Specifications / Features
Detail Information
HDPE Pipe – High-Density Polyethylene Pressure Pipe. HDPE pipe is manufactured by continuous extrusion of PE100 resin, specially designed for buried pipeline systems
Key Features
1. Fully corrosion-resistant: No rust, immune to soil chemicals, acids & alkalis, no electrochemical corrosion like steel pipe.
2. Smooth internal surface: Low friction coefficient, higher flow capacity, less pumping energy consumption, no scaling.
3. Flexible & tough: Good impact resistance, adapts to ground settlement and seismic movement. Small diameters can be supplied in coils.
4. Fusion-welded joints: Butt fusion or electrofusion. Homogeneous welded joints are leak-free and integrate with the pipe.
5. Lightweight: Much lighter than steel / ductile iron pipe, easy transport and on-site handling, lower installation cost.
6. Long design life: Minimum 50 years under proper operating conditions; UV-stabilized with carbon black additive.
7. Non-toxic, food-grade for drinking water application; recyclable and eco-friendly.
