This 16 Inch DN400 fully welded trunnion-mounted ball valve with double block and bleed function is built to the latest API 6D standard, Class 150 LB with RF flanged ends, for service from -46℃ to 150℃. Its body and ball are ASTM A350 LF2; the ball has a 75-micron ENP coating and Devlon seats. SS316 grease injectors with non-return check valves are fitted on the stem and seats. All materials meet NACE MR 0175 / ISO 15156 and MR-0103. They are gear-operated by a handwheel with L/O and L/C locking devices.
