The internal thread high-pressure needle valve is a precision control valve featuring a needle-shaped valve plug, primarily designed for fine-tuning throttle flow rates. This valve allows for gradual and continuous adjustment from a closed to an open position. The needle valve plug, typically made from quenched steel, ensures precise control. The valve seat is often crafted from softer materials like tin or copper. The sealing between the needle and the valve seat relies on the tight fit of their conical surfaces, which are available in two tapers: 1:50 and 60-degree cone angles. These surfaces require fine grinding for optimal performance. The seal between the valve stem and seat is achieved using a corrugated pipe.
