Forged Steel Globe Valves are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN 3202. They feature a compact yet exceptionally robust construction, making them ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature applications. An optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures low friction and extended service life. The packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi, providing a reliable and high-integrity seal. In welded bonnet configurations, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to a precise value, with the body-bonnet joint strength-welded to deliver dual protection against leakage. The fully guided wedge design minimizes wear on seating surfaces. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout function for convenient removal and replacement of worn packing.

» After fine processing, forged steel materials have good corrosion resistance and are suitable for various corrosive media, extending the service life of valves;
» Forged steel globe valves are usually designed to be more compact, with a smaller volume and less space occupation, making them easy to install and use, especially suitable for working conditions with limited space.
