Rotary Lobe Pump Description
The Rotary Lobe Pump is a positive displacement pump featuring two rotors mounted on separate shafts, rotating synchronously in opposite directions. This motion generates a vacuum on the inlet side, drawing liquid into the pump head. The liquid is then transported through the chamber between the rotor and the casing, before being expelled through the outlet side. It is ideal for transferring a wide range of liquids, including those with varying viscosities and particulate matter.
Features of Transfer Rotary Lobe Pumps
» Sanitary Design: All parts in contact with the transported material are made from stainless steel, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
» Easy to Clean: Features excellent CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (steam-in-place) capabilities for simple and efficient cleaning.
» High Efficiency & Reliability: The pump delivers stable, constant flow, even when handling liquids with viscosities up to 1,000,000 cps or containing particles.
» Mechanical Seal Options: Models include mechanical seal flushing and offer various seal materials, including SiC-Tungsten Carbide, SiC-SiC, and Tungsten Carbide-Tungsten Carbide.
» Versatile Drive Options: Available with multiple drive configurations, including stepless speed reducers, fixed ratio reducers, variable frequency motors, and explosion-proof motors.
