The inner liner is equipped with rubber flanges at both ends. When the valve is connected to the pipeline, there is no need to install additional sealing gaskets. The valve channel and control medium space are completely isolated, and there will be no internal or external leakage, thus fundamentally eliminating adverse phenomena such as running, emitting, dripping, and leaking.
» Longer lifespan than alloy valves
The only component of the pipe clamp valve that comes into contact with the medium is the inner liner, which is made of rubber on the inner wall. Therefore, the inner wall is very smooth and elastic. When the medium passes through the inner liner, the friction between the medium and the inner wall is very small.
» Low maintenance costs
The pipe clamp valve is specially designed as a low maintenance cost valve, without the need for regular replacement of valve seats, sealing fillers, sealing rings, or expansion pipes. The inner liner is the only component that needs to be replaced for the pipe clamp valve, and once the inner liner is replaced, the valve looks like new.
