The Bidirectional Knife Gate Valve is designed for reliable shutoff and efficient flow control in both directions. Its maintenance-free compact cross seal, with a double seal lip profile, ensures a tight shutoff, adjustable without interrupting operations. The valve features a self-cleaning effect with flush-out corners in the body and a cutting edge underneath the gate, allowing solids and fibers to be cut before sealing. The lateral gate surfaces and elastic seat provide bidirectional shutoff, while the high finish of the guide and sealing surface ensures long service life and tight shutoff. The gate’s lateral guidance prevents fluttering, even in throttle positions.
