We are a specialized manufacturer of wafer check valves. Our design features a central vertical pin shaft. When the valve is open, the fluid force acts directly on the center of the sealing face of the disc. Meanwhile, the counteracting spring support force is applied at the center of the disc surface, ensuring that the disc opens from its root first. This innovative design prevents wear on the sealing surface that is common in conventional valves, thereby enhancing the durability of the valve seal. The wafer check valve operates automatically, opening and closing based on the flow of the medium itself, and is specifically designed to prevent backflow of the medium.
