Fullly Welded Heating ball valve
The valve body and weld ends are fully welded, eliminating any potential leakage from flanged or bolted connections. The blowout-proof stem is externally sealed with dual O-ring seals and a graphite-reinforced PTFE washer, which is compressed by the media pressure. For enhanced system safety, the upper O-ring seal can be replaced on valves up to DN50, while valves DN65 and larger feature two O-ring seals. Valves DN350 and larger are equipped with three O-ring seals, ensuring robust leak-proof performance.
