Detail Information
This swing check valve is sized 3‑inch, pressure rating Class 150 with flanged end connections. The entire valve body is cast from 904L super austenitic stainless steel, delivering outstanding resistance to acid, alkali, chloride and seawater corrosion.
Adopting swing disc structure, the valve opens with medium flow force and closes automatically by gravity and reverse‑flow pressure, effectively preventing backward flow of process media. Low flow‑resistance design reduces pressure loss during operation.
Suitable for corrosive working conditions including chemical processing, seawater desalination, marine and petrochemical pipelines. Flanged ends ensure convenient installation, inspection and maintenance.
