This aluminum alloy part is directly CNC machined from solid aluminum bar stock, without stamping, forging or welding. Raw aluminum bar is cut into blanks with machining allowance. Integrated steps and bosses are formed by turning and milling on CNC machines.
The one-piece structure has no welded seams. The original internal structure of aluminum material remains intact with stable mechanical properties. Tight machining tolerances are achievable. It is suitable for prototype and small batch custom production. Profiles and holes can be modified according to customer drawings. Surface treatments like anodizing or passivation are available upon request.
