The Cage Guided Globe Control Valves are single-seat, pressure-balanced valves, among the most commonly used types. They feature separate sleeves, a strong guiding structure, a pressure-sealing ring, and durable non-metallic sealing components, providing smooth operation and precise control. These valves can handle high pressure differences with minimal force and offer a large flow capacity. They are ideal for normal temperature conditions and applications with varying pressure, making them well-suited for systems that experience alternating stress.

Cage Type Control Valve Main Parts

Control Valve Trims: Depending on the working conditions, various materials and surface hardening treatments can be selected for the valve trims. This customization helps to meet the specific requirements of each function module, enhancing the trim's resistance to corrosion, cavitation, and erosion, thus extending the valve's service life.

Control Valve Body: The control valve body features an "S"-shaped design with two passages, one upper and one lower. The elliptical section reduces flow resistance and turbulence, ensuring a smooth flow. Additionally, a flap located in the upper passage helps reduce eddy currents and boosts flow capacity.

Control Valve Actuator: The control valve typically uses the multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator. Known for its strong output force, high reliability, and long lifespan, this actuator performs well across various conditions. The output force adjusts based on the number of springs used. Featuring a high-stress-resistant diaphragm capable of withstanding up to 0.5 MPa air supply pressure, it ensures reliable shutoff for the control valve.
