Installation of Forged Steel Gate Valve

1. Handwheel, handle and transmission machine are not allowed to be used in lifting state while any collision is strictly prohibited.
2. Double gate valve should be installed vertically (i.e. valve stem is in a vertical position with handwheel at the top).
3. The gate valve with a bypass valve should give priority to the opening of the bypass valve (to balance the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet and to reduce the opening force).
4. Gate valves with transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the provisions of the product instruction manual.
5. If the valve is used frequently, lubricate it at least once a month.
