Required Items for Purchasing Valves
Inside and outside the valve body (including the gearbox), abrasive blasting, sand removal and rust cleaning shall be carried out, and powdery non-toxic epoxy resin shall be sprayed through electrostatic spraying (more than 0.3mm thickness). When it is difficult to spray non-toxic epoxy resin with electrostatic spraying on outsize valves, similar non-toxic epoxy paint should also be brushed and sprayed.
The interior of the valve body and all parts of the valve plate shall be comprehensively protected from corrosion. For one thing, they will not rust when soaked in water, and there will be no electrochemical corrosion between two metals. For another, smooth surface reduces water resistance.
The epoxy resin or paint for anticorrosion in the valve body should meet the hygienic requirements, and the test report of the corresponding authority shall be provided. Besides, their chemical and physical properties shall also meet relevant requirements.
Medium and small diameter valves should be bundled with straw ropes, and it is advisable to transport those valves in containers.

3. Working pressure
4. Manufacturing standards
5. Materials of the valve body
6. Materials of the stem
7. Sealing materials
8. Materials of valve stem packing
9. Materials of stem collars
10. The number of rotations
11. Opening and closing torque under working pressure
12. Manufacturer's name
13. Date of manufacture
14. Identification number
15. Weight
16. Indicate the overall control dimensions in a graphic way.
17. Flow resistance coefficients
18. Effective opening and closing times
19. Relevant data of valve testing and matters needing attention in valve installation and maintenance
