The bellows seal globe valve mainly uses bellows to create a seal, and the upper part of the outside surface of bellows is welded to the valve body, thus forming airtight space in which the liquid is located. The stem is inserted into the bellows; the bottom of the bellows is connected with the valve core; the opening of the valve core is controlled by expansion and contraction of the bellows. Therefore, there can be no leakage as long as the bellows is not cracked. The bellows has high sealing reliability and can be used in toxic media or gases such as chlorine.
Structural characters of the bellows seal globe valve
1. Double seal design (bellows+packing) If the bellows fails, the stem packing will also avoid leakage.
2. Energy loss is reduced and the safety of factory equipment is improved.
3. This globe valve has a long service life, and its maintenance frequency and operating costs are reduced.
4. The bellows seal design ensures zero leakage of the valve stem and provides maintenance-free.

The lower end of the bellows is connected with the stem by seal welding; the upper end is connected with the gland by seal welding; spiral wound gaskets are usually installed between the gland and the upper flange to ensure sealing.
