Development Trend of the Electric Regulating Valve

The electric regulating valve uses power to drive electric actuator and then drive valve to throttle. With the growing degree of automation in the industrial field, this valve is increasingly used in various industrial production.
Compared with the traditional pressure regulating valve, the electric one has obvious advantages: it is energy-saving ( it only consumes electric energy when working), environment-friendly (no carbon emission), and quick and convenient to install (no complicated pneumatic pipeline and air pump workstation).
The electric regulating valve drives itself to change the cross-sectional area between the valve core and the valve seat by receiving the signal (e.g. 4-20mA) from the industrial automation control system, which is to control the process parameters such as the flow rate, temperature and pressure of the medium in the pipe, realizing automatic regulation.
The electric actuator of the cage type control valve has electronic integrated structure and servo amplifier inside. For the pneumatic diaphragm control valve, the valve opening can be controlled by inputting control signals and power, so as to regulate the process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, liquid level and temperature.
The electric single-seat regulating valve is suitable to be used under the conditions of strict requirement for leakage, low difference between the inlet pressure and outlet pressure of the valve and media with certain viscosity. The three-way confluence control valve is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, environmental protection, light industry and other industries.
